Working with a personal trainer one on one ensures the effectiveness of your workout while maintaining a degree of safety. Each exercise program is personally customized to fit each individual’s goals and current abilities.
PRIVATE TRAINING
When signing up with Private One on One sessions you will receive:

  • • A complete exercise program created specifically for you
  • • Nutritional support
  • • Monthly measurements
  • • 1 Hour and ½ Hour sessions are available

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
You will receive the same degree of effectiveness and safety as a Private One on One session. Not only is Small Group training more affordable, it is a great way to develop a sense of camaraderie among the other participants and to make new friends along the way. Small Group packages will include:

BOOT CAMP
Boot Camps are a fun and different way to get into shape in a large group setting. Our boot camps are held in the convenience of our parking lot every Monday, Wednesday Friday and Saturday. We will utilize your own body weight for resistance during the boot camps while including aspects of agility training, plyometrics, intervals and cardio.
